Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience by maintaining high standards in guest rooms and public areas. You will play a key role in delivering a spotless and welcoming environment for all hotel visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in guest rooms to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a friendly and professional service.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Ensure efficient and timely cleaning of assigned rooms and areas.
• Handle cleaning equipment safely and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked cleaning cart throughout the shift.
• Support team efforts in maintaining high standards across the hotel’s housekeeping department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Good physical stamina, able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in a hospitality environment is a plus.
