Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Experience Experts to deliver personalized service throughout our guests' entire stay. From check-in to check-out, our team ensures a memorable experience by offering thoughtful assistance, resolving guest requests, and sharing valuable local insights. This role is designed for individuals who are proactive, attentive, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality in every interaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing timely solutions and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Share knowledge about local attractions, dining options, and events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist in processing operational tasks such as room assignments, guest bills, and reservation modifications.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on any service issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery actions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and updating reservation systems.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Take responsibility for protecting guest privacy and securing personal information.
  • Assist guests with special requests, including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, and more.
  • Support other team members in managing peak periods, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
  • Act as a role model of professionalism, upholding quality standards and company policies at all times.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods; able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in handling common software programs, including reservation and booking systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing guest needs and situations.
