Job Summary:      Looking for a Front Desk Receptionist in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable character
  • Professional appearance and a high level of personal presentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephone systems, photocopiers as well as computers
  • Must be familiar with basic office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
