Job Summary:      Looking for a Front Desk/ Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Welcome and direct all visitors or clients
  • Respond to, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming mails
  • Conduct administrative as well as clerical tasks as may be required
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to clients or visitors
  • Keep reception area tidy and presentable at all times
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must be a graduate or Diploma holder
  • At least 1 or more years of experience working as a receptionist or in a similar position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Must have a professional attitude and appearance
  • The applicant must be computer literate
  • Presentable and good looking candidates are required
  • Filipino ladies can apply
  • Must be able to start work immediately
