Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Guest Service Expert to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role involves more than serving food; it’s about delivering an exceptional experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and smooth communication between guests and the kitchen. The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and ready to make each meal an unforgettable event.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Set and arrange tables with attention to cleanliness and proper presentation.
• Take guest orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any service-related concerns.
• Clear and reset tables between services, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and restock items as necessary.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of beverages, including alcoholic drinks where permitted.
• Handle payments, process bills, and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Support other team members and take on additional duties as required by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Professional appearance, with adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
