Job Summary:
The F&B Host (Waiter/Waitress – Event Service) is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests during events. This role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by offering courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
• Ensure the setup and breakdown of event spaces meet hotel standards.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation when necessary.
• Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and event areas.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards during service.
• Collaborate with the event service team to ensure seamless service.
• Upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely replenishment of food and beverages during events.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to different types of events and guest needs.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Level of Education:
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or a related field preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time role with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 12 months in food and beverage service, preferably in hotel operations or event service.
