Job Summary:
As a Hotel Host in the Front Office Department, you will be the key point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your role involves guest registration, promoting hotel services, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors, while maintaining Hyatt’s high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and events to enhance guest experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate room assignments and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and organized.
- Provide concierge-level service, including booking tours, restaurant reservations, and transport.

Level of Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is a plus.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in guest service or hospitality roles.
