Job Summary:
The Doorman is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experience is smooth and welcoming. The role also involves assisting with concierge services and contributing to the efficient operation of the Rooms Division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth transition.
  • Open doors, help with luggage, and provide directions or information as needed.
  • Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist in parking or calling for taxis or transportation services when required.
  • Provide general information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, reporting any suspicious activity.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be physically fit to handle luggage and other guest requests.

 

Level of Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 24 months of experience in hotel operations.
