Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Respond to callers properly , explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported
  • Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with products or services
  • Make sales or suggestions for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Create lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in a business related course
  • Previous experience in a customer support role required
  • Must be familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be good problem solver
