Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Respond to callers properly , explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported
- Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with products or services
- Make sales or suggestions for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Create lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in a business related course
- Previous experience in a customer support role required
- Must be familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be good problem solver
