Job Summary:      Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Handle customer issues and ensure to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer services
  • Actively listen to callers and confirm or clarify information
  • Make use of software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately
  • Respond to or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The suitable candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same or related position
  • Proficiency with computer programs especially with CRM software and strong typing skills
  • Exceptional customer services skills required
  • Strong time management and decision making skills required
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Ability to provide outstanding services to the company customers
