Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Handle customer issues and ensure to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer services
- Actively listen to callers and confirm or clarify information
- Make use of software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately
- Respond to or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The suitable candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same or related position
- Proficiency with computer programs especially with CRM software and strong typing skills
- Exceptional customer services skills required
- Strong time management and decision making skills required
- Must be a good problem solver
- Ability to provide outstanding services to the company customers
