Job Summary: Looking for a Business Development Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through researching industry trends, market developments as well as competitor analysis
- Generate leads and conduct outreach through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Carry out thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company products/services
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the management team
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities as well as emerging market trends
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status as well as revenue forecasts
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Review clients’ feedback and implement necessary changes
- Stay in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that the company offerings remain relevant
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth as well as collaboration with the marketing department
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Extensive sales experience required
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Professional yet affable disposition
- Must be neat, well-groomed and with a good appearance
- Great networking skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Should be resourceful, with outstanding research skills
- Male candidates are required
