Job Summary:      Looking for a Business Development Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Set up a data base of clients as well as potential clients
  • Identify new clients and determine their needs
  • Search for new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth as well as collaboration with the marketing department
  • Participate in networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to increase sales
  • Report on the performance of business growth and direction

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any related
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in business development
  • Must be able to identify new leads, assess their potential and generate high-quality business opportunities
  • Good communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
