Job Summary:      Looking for Admin Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details

  • Preserve a suitable filing system
  • Undertake secretarial and administrative tasks in the office
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations for the manager
  • Organize travel schedule and quick reservations
  • Handle databases and record processes
  • Generate and maintain employment records related to recruiting, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions etc
  • Respond to personnel inquiries
  • Handle and monitor the work flow of the office
  • Manage personnel performance evaluation
  • Responsible for general office administration and management
  • Handle all the communications in and out of the manager’s office
  • Generate reports as required


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same role required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be presentable and able to interact with high level clients
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Female Filipino candidates are required to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
  • Should have good computer knowledge with the ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator
