Job Summary:      Looking for an Accountant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Review budgets, investigates variances, approves expenses and make sure the billings are issued to clients
  • Handle the general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable as well as job cost
  • Maintain and review accounting files and perform monthly closings
  • Prepare and submit government reports as well as tax returns related to the project
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Prepare and post accounting vouchers
  • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices as well as other accounting documents
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The applicant must have a Degree in a relevant course
  • Proven experience working as an accountant in a construction company required
  • Must have excellent cost accounting and budgeting skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and complete tasks on time
  • Must be familiar with the accounting software packages
  • Advanced Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Candidates with UAE experience should apply
