Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering high-quality, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience aligns with the luxury standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas. The role involves maintaining service excellence, adhering to brand standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional, and courteous service to all guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist in setting up tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle guest queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu and offer recommendations to guests.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or an upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in Months:
At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
