Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the café or restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages in line with customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency and high quality in all beverages served.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure availability of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
• Stay updated on current coffee trends and continuously improve product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in coffee making or bartending within a hotel, café, or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, passionate about beverages, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; barista training preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 12 months of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
