Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Attendant, Bar at Hakkasan to provide exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced environment. The Attendant will be responsible for managing multiple drink orders, showcasing extensive knowledge of our beverage menu, and delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are upheld.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and premium wines.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the bar menu and ingredients, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations to guests.
• Manage multiple beverage orders efficiently during peak hours, ensuring timely service.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, upselling beverage items to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with bar and service teams to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following established billing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, assisting with ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on service standards and beverage preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar bar or beverage service role within a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits, with a passion for crafting unique beverage experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending or mixology preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time position with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in Months:
24 months of experience in a bar or beverage service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment.
