Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel's operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintaining operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, while implementing strategies to improve service quality, employee engagement, and profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff to uphold high service standards and meet hotel performance goals.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Manage budget allocations, control operational costs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure that staff is properly trained on hotel services, promotions, and policies to maintain service consistency.
  • Handle guest complaints and complex issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Implement staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance guest experiences and promote the hotel's services.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, corporate functions, and VIP guest stays.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of budget management, cost control, and revenue maximization strategies.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

 

Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

 

Work Hours:
Full-time position, flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

 

Experience in Months:
Minimum 60 months of relevant experience in hotel operations management, with at least 24 months in a luxury property.
