Job Summary:
The Commercial & Finance Coordinator for SSSO & Club Royale will be responsible for supporting financial and commercial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet month-end financial deadlines by processing invoices, expense accounts, and ensuring accurate postings.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regulations.
  • Track and manage departmental budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial updates.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile payroll and associated records.
  • Allocate monthly SSSO and Club Royale costs across multiple hotels in the UAE and Arabian Peninsula.
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying financial entries and reports.
  • Maintain historical financial records and assist with account analysis.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account summaries.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, third parties, and internal departments.
  • Reconcile balance sheets for SSSO and Club Royale accounts.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and budget planning.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, client communication, and report generation.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow management.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with compliance and financial regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, with flexibility to meet monthly deadlines and support operational needs.

 

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 24 months (2 years) of experience in financial coordination, accounting, or a related field.
