Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team at InterContinental Hotels Group® Dubai Festival City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving total revenue across multiple hotel brands, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to enhance market presence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive total revenue generation through short- and long-term strategies for Rooms and Conference & Banqueting (C&B) sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new, existing, and prospective corporate clients, aligning sales goals with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the GCC, Levant Region, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create tailored packages and services that meet client needs.
  • Utilize IHG sales tools (IBP, Delphi, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source, SSP, IHG Business Club) to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate consistently with internal teams to share market intelligence, gather feedback, and coordinate sales efforts across hotel properties.
  • Participate in the preparation and launch of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to provide accurate information to clients and enhance guest experiences.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brands and expand professional contacts.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the service industry, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, Delphi, and other sales management tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

 

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

 

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience in a sales and marketing role.
