Job Summary:
We are seeking attentive and service-oriented Guest Service Experts to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role involves ensuring that meals are served smoothly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

• Set up tables with appropriate place settings and utensils.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide menu recommendations and assist with any special dietary requests.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest needs, refill drinks, and clear used dishes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all safety and health guidelines are followed in food handling and service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.
• Support other team members during peak times and complete additional duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work as part of a team.
• No supervisory experience required; on-the-job training provided.
