Perform initial review of incoming samples and document any contract deviations
Send acknowledgment of sample receipt to clients via e-mail
Ensure sample disposal for all groups on a weekly basis
Dealing with Vendor queries by phone, email and fax
Working closely with our labs to resolve invoice transactional queries
Making quotation based on client mail or the material received for testing.
Processing sales invoices & credit notes
Credit Checking of new customers & new customer account creation
Monitoring status of Performa invoices & lab update of payments
Positive & friendly customer service attitude
Co-ordinate with all Branches in Oman
Prepare Summary sheets, handle Petty cash and cash sales etc.
Maintaining and Verifying daily expenses
Making LPO, and receiving equipments.
Monitor the filing system and protect the files from unauthorized access.
Carries out other duties as instructed by the Department Manager
Manage and oversee all daily office operations
Balance employee relations, Schedule employees for optimal efficiency
Keeping Employee attendance and making monthly time sheet.
Support the Managers in all aspects of company operations
Fully conversant with the whole administrative and office routine works
Take back ups and protect data as per ISO quality procedure
