I've been a teacher for 25 years and in the last 10 years of my career I have been working as the head of department in different schools. I also worked as an MYP coordinator in my previous school and I participated in different workshops and educational programmes in different countries to be able to run IB programmes in schools.
In my current school I established the English curriculum and I have been leading 30 teachers in my department from kindergarden to middle school. As the head of department I am responsible for implementing and establishing the curriculum following the national programme as well. Along with the academic side of my postion, I am also running the clubs such as Destination-Imagination, JMUN, Erasmus + and Drama. In Destination-Imagination we won the national championship for 5 times and had the chance to represent our school and country in global finals which takes place in America every year.
I have also written booklets for more than 25 Non-Elt readers, writing booklets for both primary and middle school students, idioms and proverbs booklets for middle school which are all alligned with the curriculum we are running in my current school at the moment. I have also prepared portfolio folders for grades 1-4 classes whcih enable teachers to run projects and halp their students use the language actively in their learning areas.
