knowledge of MEP Services for BMS, Electrical lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Home Automation,
Voice Evacuation system, Centralized Hot Water system, HVAC system etc. Review and
approval of Shop Drawings Submittal, Material submittal, Materials Delivered to Site,
Method of Statement, Inspection Test Plan, Hazard Identification and Risk Management,
Work Inspection Request, issuance and closure of NCR, SCR, witnessed Testing and
Commissioning, snagging & de- snagging, review of technical reports, IFC & as -built
drawings, O & M manual and training manual reviews, project dossier reviews, within the
Project Management and Construction Management.
