Diploma in Electrical (NCVT) Government of Kerala

Diploma in Archie Max (IAD) Government of Kerala

+2 Higher Secondary (Commerce) Government of Kerala.

Total 15 years of above experience in (GCC).

I started my career 2006 January as an Elec-Assist

2008 I change my Profession as a Doc-Controller

Making MIR, WIR, RFI, SCI, NCR, MRF and other request form etc...

Making daily report and attendance sheet for workers

2012 I worked as a Draftsman till date I Have experience in Construction Work in project management consultancy work.

Creating Architectural, Structural, Electrical, ELV, Mechanical Coordination Drawing, Shop Drawing, Red Line Drawing. Electrical Containment Drawing, Cable Tagging, As-built Drawing, Schematic drawing, Wiring Diagram, Section and Isometric Drawings & DB Schedule. Modelling MEP installation with (BIM) Revit and Magi CAD Tools Produce sheet drawings, schedules through the BIM model and parametric Revit families for architect, and MEP services Mange and participate in the creation of Mechanical and Electrical Building Information Models with Multiple teams. Collect Document from Management, site Engineers for Drawing Preparation. Coordinate with Main contractor, Sub contractors, Engineers, Supervisors and clients for making As-Built Drawing as per Knowledge Conditions in a site work. Contacted to suppliers for materials Issue Solving and clarifying. Attend the Progress meeting with Managers engineers, Supervisors. Inspecting site for Main contractor and Consultant comment rectification. Well Knowledge about DEWA Rules & Regulation.
