JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively monitoring Critical functions in Production plant operation and Processing Plants and working on emergency shutdown systems (ESD) and thereby guarantying safe operation and ensuring proper shut down processes.
Ensuring all process systems are operated Design capabilities and monitor Accountable for carrying out daily monitoring duties as required. Parameters for maximize production/Quality-making adjustments where necessary.
Taking of plant shut down & Start up operation & Monitors DCS, SCADA, & PLC and adjusts controls to regulate production. Inspection & Simultaneous operation on Wellhead platform and well testing skid.
Preparation of daily production reports (Gas, Oil & water). Check and produce reports on: Utility equipment. Complete weekly and monthly reports & updated KPI, Performing other duties as required by supervisors.
Different types of Pumps, Compressors handling and Troubleshooting. Test Run for the standby equipment as per the Schedule, Involving the preventive maintenance of the plant. Isolations and de-isolation on equipment for maintenance.
Carry out Maintenance and safety inspections, Familiar with Work Permit Systems & safety equipment.
