I have around 20yrs of work experience, out of which 10yrs have been in the education field. Have around 7+ years of experience as a Head and a leader. My experience in UAE has been since 2022 as a SEN Coordinator/Head of Inclusion for middle & secondary section. I have founded & headed an Inclusive learning space in India for students of age 2yrs to 16yrs. Uniqueness of my institute was provision of adaptive learning & holistic learning environment with therapy services for students with special needs. Have extensive experience as a leader to plan, implement & successfully run a unit by meeting all the regulatory requirements with staffing, training, mentoring, research & development of adaptive curriculums, Root cause analysis, progress tracking & improvement, formulation of strategies & implementation of the same for growth of the organisation. Being adept with latest technology of relative field. Moreover my managerial experience in corporate for UK companies for 8yrs also exposed me to British culture & has helped me grow in my leadership role, hence I believe I can contribute tremendously to the growth, vision & mission of the school through my expertise & knowledge.
