I am Sharmine Campbell-Brown a Secondary Business Education Teacher, currently residing and teaching in Jamaica. I have over  7 years of teaching experience with a very high level of success in  external exams.

My goals are to obtain a position that enables me to use my organizational skills within a growth oriented, progressive institution. I want to apply my teaching skills to an environment where they will make a significant impact on students who aspire to be career oriented and global citizens.

As a practitioner of pedagogy and andragogy, my teaching style reflects that of a learner-friendly environment which allows students to be instrumental in their learning. Such an environment offers coaching and facilitating of the necessary knowledge and skills needed for learning. The aim is to develop within students’ a sense of self-actualization, while developing them into analytical thinkers, problem solvers and critical thinkers capable of making sound decisions and pioneering great ideas for future development.
