As an EHS coordinator with Industrial Hygiene and Fire officer with 8+ year Experience in many Industries like Oil and Gas, Chemical industries, textile industries and engineering industries. I am currently the interim EHS coordinator at KLJ Group of industries a 6000 Cr/annual KLJ Largest Manufacturer and the Market Leader in Plasticizers & Polymer Compounds in South Asia. Their ultra modern manufacturing facilities at Silvassa & Bharuch in India, Thailand and Qatar. I lead a team of 25 EHS staff and am responsible for developing EHS program, processor ,training, work practice and control of EHS issues with industrial hygiene issues, I review accident investigations, ensure EHS polices and processors are following and develop strategic communication plans to provide guidance on EHS processes and Activity’s. I also closely monitor EHS trends and legislation and recommend policy and procedural improvement Company wise. This build upon my pervious role as KLJ Group of industries EHS Coordinator, where I inspected work area, Safety equipment and Chemical Handling to ensure compliance with company, state and local EHS polices and industrial hygiene regulation.
I help the reduce Safety incident by 50% within 12 month by overhauling safety communications to make these easier for workers to interpret and apply.
In addition to my Master of science in Industrial Hygiene and Safety, this course tie-up AIHA (American industrial hygiene association) with Approved for EHS officer by DISH and Master of technology in Environment Science and engineering or work with ISO 14001,45001 or 50001.
