I completed IVQ Level II Diploma (Hot and Cold Kitchen) and then
IVQ Level II Diploma (Baking and Patisserie) from International Centre for Culinary Arts- Dubai (ICCA). Upon self-assessment and advice from my
instructors, I have decided to pursue the latter. The course entailed all necessary teachings for a culinary professional that ranged from cooking techniques to kitchen etiquette.

Previously, I have worked as a Culinary Consultant at Hideaway Café (Bangladesh) where I was responsible for market research, providing menu ideas, ensuring successful integration of the ideas and promoting them across social media platforms.

As a part of my course, I had the privilege to work as a team under celebrity chefs such as Marco Pierre White and John Torode at Taste of Abu Dhabi. Being a veteran at Taste of Dubai, I was appointed the leader of a team and organized the events for the likes of Matt Preston and Gary Mehigan. A significant mark of my career was my achievement of ‘Chef of the Batch’ award at ICCA which is a testament to my knowledge, work ethic and skills.
