My leadership experience as a founding Assistant Head of Primary, along with previous years of Deputy Headship, and being a teacher have equipped me with the necessary skill set and resilience to be able to work in high pressure situations as well as lead for impact. At my current place of work, we began with 293 students in Primary and now stand at a proud 1000 students in Primary School in under 4 years. This stands testament to my passion, dedication and problem solving attitude along with a great skill set a leader needs to carry the vision of the school forward.

I am a strong believer in leading by mentoring, to develop middle leaders, teachers and students, by building an environment that fosters a love for learning. Throughout my journey in leadership I have established strong working relationships with all stakeholders - staff, parents, leaders and governors - to ensure the students remain at the centre and the focus of all strategic plans.

With over 11 years in the education system, I have been part of several inspections with governing bodies and have made visible impact with progress and attainment data, curriculum and pastoral care.
