Please accept my application for the the position of Learning Support Assistant. I would like to continue to develop my teaching skills while creating a challenging and fun learning environment for students.

I'm extremely motivated to help children in need and a sense of importance regarding the growth of the school and it's clients. With a solid background in disability, caregiving and customer service. I'd deem myself to be extremely useful in this position. It's exciting to ponder the idea of working with kids as they provide a challenge that will keep me on my toes and always thinking of new ways to help them achieve their full potential and grow as individuals.

I enjoy tutoring students and helping them to build confidence in their ability to achieve, both academically and socially. In addition, I have artistic, strong skills in implementing positive behavior plan, complete a 40hrs Training programs RBT 2nd Edition and computer skills that will be an asset when developing class project.
