I Neil Alexander has been working in Specon Group-MEP Specialist (Dubai) as Warehouse in Charge for the last 12 years.

My key function areas are Inventory Management, Stock Management, ERP, Asset Management, Logistics, etc. I served these 12 years honestly and was loyal to the company. Now our company told all employees to check for a new job.

• Monitor daily store functions such as receiving, storing & issuing of inventory items includes materials, machines and tools.
• Responsible for asset movement and material movement from main store to different sites of company and preparing hiring report for machine and equipment’s given to Joint Venture projects.
• In charge of all Store staff, including assigning duty roasters, training & development, resolving staff issues etc.
• Good knowledge of Inventory management and expertise in usage of inventory management software ERP along with Microsoft office.
• Responsible for handling of cash related to the Store.
• Must coordinate with site stores handle any specific needs addressed by the management.
• Update and maintain all necessary documents with confidentiality.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, calibration schedule, including quality assurance, inventory control, and space management.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
