- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies order and distribute office supplies as necessary.

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absences, bonus, leaves & overtime.)
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for improvement.
- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
