Mostafa is a seasoned consultant and trainer specialized in the field of Business Excellence, Strategy Execution and Innovation as well as continuous improvement

Mostafa’s has developed his career during more than 16 years in the consulting industry, providing services to a wide range of customers from the energy , hospitability, industrial and public sector as well as government related entities. Mostafa’s career has evolved from technical projects to business and strategic oriented projects. Initially Mostafa has developed his career in international firms such as TUVNORD Group or TUV Academy Iran-Germany before establishing his own company in the Middle East. In 2015, he became a founding Partner of ShiftIN Strategy Pars (joint-venture Company with ShiftIN Partners in UAE) where he has collaborated with several clients across public and private sector. He was also member of Board of ShiftIN Iran operations.

In 2018, he joined the Management Team of QMS GmbH while the establishing of the Dubai Office where he led several projects across the Middle East, mainly Iran.

Mostafa  is Licensed EFQM Assessor and he works certified  trainer for EFQM and is leading major Excellence projects for Global Players, Governmental Organizations and Industry/Sector leading organizations
