I have an experience of serving as school Principal since last 17 years .I am also passionate about teaching as I am teaching biology.

I have been doing the academic  planning, organizing and implementing  of the school  .The staff  recruitment and their selection process is done  by me. The teachers are trained regularly so that they are updated with new teaching pedagogy.  I also observe the lessons of the teachers and guide them accordingly. I  also do students counseling and help them select proper career. The students  in our school perform outstandingly in academic and extracurricular activities. Many of our students are now  successful Doctors, Research scientists and  Pharmacists. The students who are weak and slow learners are also given extra guidance and remedial classes are taken ... I maintain good  relationships with my management and other Government departments to ensure any official work to be done. I keep the parents updated about their child's progress  as teachers always give the their child's progress
