2. 5 months of training (8 Sept 2020 to 31st January 2021) under bakery and pastry section for Inn venue hospitality management private limited.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• To undertake the preparation and production of all pastry orders as required from the menu, ensuring the delivery of correct orders and appropriate presentation and quality for each service.

• To have full knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe.
• Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure tasteful and beautiful presentation.

• To be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene of the pastry section and your own person always.
• Following the FIFO method for food material and regular checks on food expiry date.
• To ensure all storage areas, utensils and equipment are clean, tidy, and organized always.
• To implement adequate systems of stock and waste control as directed by the Sous Chef.
• To be flexible and approachable in all working conditions to ensure a smooth operation between departments and meeting the needs of the operation.
