Currently working with MAX Retail-Landmark group, Dubai as a MENA & SEA region Senior MEP Project Manager. Since August 2015 till present working in this company. Good Experience in retail fit-out Design, Planning, Execution & Monitoring of MEP works in MENA/Southeast Asia of the MAX stores. Retail lighting design review and procurement for the all the projects including coordination with vendor and logistic for timely delivery to site. Very well managed the public address(music) and security system including procurement and site delivery, installation for the UAE stores. Managing the CCTV system for the stores as per local police or safety requirement body like SIRA, Abu Dhabi Police etc. in swift manner including approvals.  Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and on time execution and authority approval for the UAE stores. Deftness in project monitoring and review of project schedules, ensuring cost control within budgeted parameters.
