Assigned as a process Engineer at Enppi Company , Cairo, Egypt

Responsibilities

• Perform process simulation models using (ASPEN HYSYS, PRO II, HEXTRAIN, PROMAX, UNISIM) and prepare heat and mass balance tables for process and utility services.
• Perform process de-bottlenecking and sensitivity studies for oil and gas plants.
• Develop process flow diagrams.
• Develop the main control loops for the process scheme.
• Perform optimization within the process schemes using simulation software to improve the performance and save costs.
• Develop process design basis, process description and process control philosophy.
• Prepare process equipment duty specifications (Heat Exchangers, Distillation Towers, Air Coolers, etc.) including complete and reviewed process data, for development by other disciplines.
• Prepare plants performance test procedures.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, HAZOP and HAZID activities during the detailed engineering phase.
• In multidisciplinary studies, coordinate between engineering disciplines.
• Prepare the project man-hours estimate, manpower forecast and schedule.
