My name is Mintesinot Gebre; I have relevant qualifications and experience to join your organization and contribute my part of excellent performance to it.  I received my MSc in Industrial Engineering from Addis Ababa University Institute of Technology and my BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Bahir Dar University Institute of Technology (BiT). I am also certified with AutoCAD from virtual computer engineering.  I have extensive previous experience ensuring functionality of imported Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment's and performing many sorts of analysis and simulations using AutoCAD, CATIA, and MATLAB when I was working as a System Engineer. I was also engaged in assisting with planning, managing, organizing, and directing various types of projects. I have experience working with and managing over 80 SMEs, as well as providing Google financial literacy and digital marketing training to them. I also have good experience in youth training around Ethiopia focused on leadership and life skills with the help of Compassion International Ethiopia (Leadership Development Program), with which I have been certified.  I am a positive, creative individual with a smile.
