My responsibilities included developing and executing strategic business development plans, which not only aligned seamlessly with the company's objectives but also exceeded set targets.
With a deep background in business and hospitality management, over the previous 4 years I executed a career pivot into general business management and digital marketing. I have achieved that pivot through
founding and running a smart transportation technology start-up, Parkron International.
Having stabilized Parkron as a going business concern, I was ready to move on to my next pre-planned phase– joining the organized workplace and building up a structured professional career.
I bring many strengths that I have developed and refined over the time building Parkron. I have developedgrit and a strong can-do attitude to tackling challenges that can see me power through obstacles to deliver
results, time-and-time again.
The challenge of starting up and running Parkron has involved digging into strengths and competencies that I was not aware I had. I am resilient, adaptable and widely experienced. I am focused on high-performance
and delivering business objectives.
I bring a varied international experience – I have lived and worked in 4 different countries and managed a remote team of 9 at Parkron, spread across 4 countries and 10.5 time zones.
Having worked in very diverse fields – business, sports, hospitality, technology, marketing – I have alsogained a broad perspective and the ability to solve situations I have been involved in while tackling different
challenges.
I aim to keep learning and developing my managerial skills in a professional environment that will provide me with the opportunity to keep growing personally, as well as within the context of a broader team.
My career path shows I am a dynamic person who can learn, adapt and adjust quickly according to the needs of a business, underpinned by the sharp focus that may be required.
