Presently, I am working with MSC, Cyprus. Self have wide-ranging experience as, Technical superintendent, Ship repair Project Manager and as well as Commissioning Engineer for new building, Tech Superintendent for Essar and as C/E for Maersk and MSC.

During a tenure of almost nine years at Dubai drydock, self-have done repairs, refit   & drydocking of different kinds of vessels. Some of them were VLCC tankers, Product tankers, Chemical Tankers, Large Containers ships, US navy supply vessel & Yachts. This included reputed and big companies like Maersk, BP, CMA CGM, MSC, Stolt Tankers, New Shipping and many more.

Also, in years 2009-10 worked as commissioning engineer for New build vessels and directly commissioned four out of total eight Seismic vessels for Western Geco (Schlumberger) and Polarcus.

In the year 2015-16 at Dubai drydock, self got the opportunity to work in the team for productivity improvement under the leadership of Dr. Kim, CEO (Ex-Samsung shipyard Korea). During this period implemented various productivity improvement ideas and eco- friendly suggestions like usage of vapor blasting machines.

Above drydock experience can be very useful for doing each vessel drydocking as a project, using project management techniques for defining Project scope, Creating WBS, Project time management (Define and sequence activities).

The drydock experience can also be utilized for the compliance of International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments and the selection of new technologies. As well as self will bring to the table, the insiders view of the drydocks’ working which can help in making comparative reviews of drydocks tenders and negotiate better tariffs.

Hands on experience of producing Gantt charts and programs using Microsoft Projects software.
