- Create a process to indentify new opportunities both domestically and in the international market and draft relevant project proposals.

- Initiate, lead and support air/ocean bids throughout the year. Analyze results and lead recommended actions.
- Create performance report cards and analyze carrier performance.
- Recruit, manage and coach.
- Identify freight saving opportunities, implement process changes, and measure/report results.
- Develop audit process to ensure accuracy of rating
- Analyze transportation claim trends, address recurring instances, and implement solutions to reduce claims.
- Lead and support supply chain/distribution continuous improvement events globally
