1. Win new customers from building own prospect base through proactive prospecting techniques including cold calling.
2. Develop and maintain business relations with key customers and clients.
3. Focus on HVAC Service Contractors, Facility Management Companies, HVAC Engineers, and end
users such as Hospital Groups, Municipalities, Government, Universities, Hotels, Large Box Retailers and traders in all over UAE.
4. Interaction with the customers both verbally (face to face) or on calls and arranging meetings for the growth of the company.
5. Preparation of commercial proposal, credit approval, annual tenders, delivery reports, Invoices and
LPO’s for suppliers.
6. Provide customer service and product delivery in a time and effective manner.
7. Order follow up, payments follow up.
8. Establish long term relationship with existing clients to develop new project and leads.
