I am an HR Business Partner with 8 years of varied experience in the field of HR and I have worked at various multinational companies like JLT Asia, Vodafone India and Hindustan Unilever back in India. Recently I relocated to Dubai, UAE last year in the month of September and joined Maico Gulf LLC since past 5 months. I am looking for a change as the company has shifted my assignment to RAK after me joining and getting trained in their Dubai office. It is really difficult for me to commute and I do not wish to relocate to any nearer place as my spouse is working here in Dubai.

My current experience in Maico Gulf LLC as a Business Partner has been enriching. My core HR responsibility remains to partner with each Department head and understand the HR needs and draft policies and match expectations. I have also provided organizational design consultation to the MD for Sales Operational Group in a year's cost saving. Conducted multiple Compensation related projects resulting in stronger linkages between pay and performance. Also, worked on the EOY Increment project and Benchmarking Salary process for the company.
