I am very interested in the Fitness industry and position that opened in your property.

I have played many positions for several years in recreational field. . I knew that one day I wanted to go from playing to managing teams, so I began preparing for the transition. Having played in tough and busy seasons, I feel that I have an advantage that will help me be a better manager because I understand the staff point of view.

I understand the importance of always presenting a good image to the public even when off the field and I have the skills to make it happen. I know how difficult it is to concentrate on playing with steam always  concerned with other issues or if you do not have the proper training. I have the ability to ensure all business is handled professionally and properly, so the team can concentrate on practicing and winning.

When conflicts arise, I can sort out the issues to find suitable solutions that will satisfy everyone. I have the training and skills to ensure that the organization is functioning as one team, which will ultimately eliminate confusion and unnecessary stress for the employees. . I can keep things organized and running smoothly by making sure there is enough staff on hand to handle every area of the business and to maintain good communication between the staff,  guest and myself.
