Communication - During my work at Metroworks ICT Construction, Inc. an affiliate of Converge ICT Solutions Inc. I often communicate with the clients demand and responsible on explaining their availed package or service.

Teamwork - I work well with my co-worker play as a team so that our work will run smooth, easy and faster.

Decision Making - As a team leader I'm responsible in supporting my co-workers when it comes to making decisions on how the wire will go through the house of our clients in a neat or not very visible in the eyes.

Good Listener - Not all the time I make the decision, sometimes the client requested on how the wire will run through their house, if they suggest that I may also considered their opinions.
