Greetings! I am writing to inform you that I would like to apply for a vacant position in your organization. A brief summary of my career, for the last Eight years of my employment being a customer service provider in a finance and banking industry, I have acquired an extensive knowledge and experience in handling accounts of different customers with different needs and expectations on a regular basis.  I am also assigned to maintain and balance the cash drawer on a daily basis by accounting for cash assigned, received and disbursed. I have been very fortunate learn the marketing and sales side of the job where we promote strong customer and client interactions, cross selling and offering new products and features of our services. On the Accounting side, I was assigned to process (WPS) Wage Protection System or payroll transactions for hundreds of companies here in UAE. Aside from these I was responsible to update the (KYC) Know Your Customer records account, preparing petty cash reports on a weekly basis and stationary and pantry request on a monthly basis.  In addition I was also assigned to assist and supervise new on-boarding employees with regards to the process and handling transactions with our clients.

I always believe that I can be an asset in your company to provide any additional value based on the job description that I am applying for.
