Regarding my education background, I graduated from Yangon University with an English Major and I had obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing Management from UK (Oxford) via MESI University in Myanmar. I got some certificates in Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Economic & International Business Management, Essential Management Skills, Motivational Leadership & Coaching, Customer Service & Communication Management. During these years, I had done a number of practical tasks, Microsoft Office tools and presentations, assignments, and been involved in group/ individual discussions projects. I have good knowledge and experiences in BD, and Sales & Marketing as I had been working in those sectors.
From this job position, I would like to obtain a recipe for success and development, both individually and organizationally. For me, the experience of doing it would be worth more and would be more important than to get a qualification: the learning experience is the key to success. I want to grow as an individual and as a manager, and learn how to survive under a high-pressured workload. I have decided to reinvent myself. Therefore, the successful management foundation is phenomenal as its
curriculum consists of business and life strategies, managing people, statistics and others that could help me to have the ability to think broadly about business decisions and switch forth and freely adapt to different needs and environments. Although I am highly socialized, friendly and flexible, I am also numerate and computer-literate, as demonstrated by my results, my wide range of technical business skills and the fact that all my previous and recent work experience has involves in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, dealing with both external and internal customers and/or figure work. I regard one of my key strengths to be organization and efficiency; I am keen to develop my skills in BD, Marketing & Business Strategies and Planning environment and to offer my services in every way I can perform at my best effort on the job.
So, I like to listen from people, ask meaningful questions which helps me to understand their needs. I work well using my own initiative and as a member of the team. I am punctual, reliable, responsible and able to get on with people.
