I have worked as a restaurant manager in McDonald, UAE. I joined as a crew in McDonald's in 2009 and in my 12 years journey I worked as 1st Assistant Manager. I have attended Restaurant Leadership Practice class by Hamburger University. Coaching, counseling, motivating the staff,ensure the cleanliness of the entire restaurant and providing the exceptional hospitality to the guest are my primary roles in the restaurant.
